Description: Haret al-Anatreh is a major quarter in the old core of Bethlehem which underwent extensive rehabilitation Works in 2001. There is much to unleash the imagination in Anatreh Quarter. The Anatreh clan, who gave its name to the Quarter, is believed to have come from the village of Antar around the beginning of the Ottoman period in the 16th Century.
