After Sales Services

In order to provide the high quality of service that our customers expect it is necessary to tailor our warranty and service conditions to suit individual product ranges. General lighting products installed by a contractor and handed over directly to a customer are termed “Non-Commissionable”, whereas more specialist products that may benefit from being commissioned are termed “Commissionable.”

Non-Commissionable Products include all lighting products. Unless otherwise stated all Beam Engineering Technology Ltd. products have a 3-year warranty. If one of our lighting products is reported as faulty within its warranty period we are ready to repair or replace the fitting in question, subject to our warranty conditions.

Call-out charges:

A call-out charge will be levied for any visit by one of our engineers to a customer’s site. This will generally be levied after our engineer’s visit but will be cancelled if our engineer confirms the reported fault is within the terms of the warranty and/or the maintenance agreement.
